Fountain of Healing Service

In 1990 Pastor Barbara Garlington was diagnosed with cancer. God miraculously healed her. The desire to see people physically healed was always in her heart and in the mid 90’s a Visiting Minister from South Africa confirmed that desire by telling her that God had given him a dream the night before. In the dream God told him to pray for Pastor Barbara and release her into her Healing Ministry. That Sunday, she stayed after service and prayed for people all afternoon.

The next year, at Bishop’s encouragement, Covenant Church began a once a month (1st Saturday of the month) Healing Service lead by Pastor Barbara. Every month we see many, many healings take place. We do not have an exact ending time for the service, because Pastor Barbara will stay and pray for everyone that comes for prayer. In Pastor Barbara’s own words, “As a little girl the Lord placed a desire in my heart to be a helper. While growing up and all through life, my greatest joy came while ministering to others.” God has given her a particular gift to see cancer healed.

Every Healing Service begins with her praying for all that have been diagnosed with Cancer. Come expecting a miracle. Join us at 10:00am the first Saturday of each month at our Worship Center.
