Power Kidz Children's Ministry exists to disciple children into a vibrant personal relationship with God, to equip them with the spiritual tools needed to extend love to every person within their sphere of influence; to empower children to become servant leaders; and to train and develop teachers and volunteers to serve children and parents with levels of excellence that bears witness of Christ.

Power Kidz Nursery

Our Nursery is a safe, loving environment for your little ones. Children are played with, held, and allowed to play as freely as their developmental stage allows. We have a variety of age appropriate toys, changing tables, cribs, and rockers. We also have a private nursing area for your convenience. All staff and volunteers have passed the required background checks and are enthusiastic and gifted in working with infants. We provide childcare during 1st and 2nd Sunday Services, as well as all conference events for infants through 24 months.

Power Kidz Church

Power Kidz church is an exciting place to be!  Each week, our team will keep your child engaged while laying a firm foundation in Biblical truths presented in a fun and innovative learning environment. Along with lessons that foster strategic and intentional spiritual nurturing, we utilize drama, worship, games, multimedia and more to creatively reinforce the Biblical principals that are being taught as well as how to apply that knowledge to their everyday lives. We provide childcare during the 1st and 2nd Sunday Services, as well as all conference events for pre-school through fifth grade.

Also, every child is encouraged to be a part of a Power Kidz Team. These teams help provide our children with a chance to “do ministry” throughout the year. This gives them an opportunity to become servant leaders and learn how to proactively live out their faith. 

Greet Team is a ministry team open to children in grades 2-5.  Children are assigned to help visiting children and new members acclimate to their new surroundings. It is also an opportunity for the children to display stewardship of one of their most powerful resources, their time.  We want them to know that they are a valuable resource for the Kingdom and they do not have to wait to become adults to serve.

Prayer Team is truly a ministry where children will learn the power of prayer.  It is currently open to children in grades 2-5. We believe that once a child has received salvation, they receive the same Holy Spirit that adults receive, thus have the capacity to learn how to pray strategically.  We will teach your child the importance of prayer, the power of prayer and allow them to serve as intercessors in the Body of Christ as the Holy Spirit leads.

 

Children's Choir

Our Children's Ministry Choir is open to children ages 3 to 11. The only requirement is that they have an interest or desire to sing.  Your child will learn what it means to worship our Lord and Savior, as well as being taught how to pray, memorize Scripture and the importance of serving the Lord with all their mind, body and soul.

Young Believers

Young Believers is a course of study that is offered twice a year to children between the ages of eight and eleven. It is a ten week course designed to provide interested students the opportunity to be part of a more in-depth study into the tenets of our Christian faith.  This class can also be used as a foundational study to prepare children for water baptism. Registration is required and participation is limited to ten students per session.
