Child Check-In

All students in 5th grade and below must be signed into class by a parent or another responsible adult. Simply stop by the Child Check-in Desk in the Children's Area and someone will help you. After entering some basic information (your child’s name, age and parents’ names) into a computer, the system will print nametags for each child in your family which include a security code. The parent will receive a tag with the matching codes for each child in the family. You cannot pick your child up from class without presenting the matching tag. To avoid long check-in lines when children are dismissed from service, you are able to check your child in starting a half hour prior to the start of each service.

Volunteers

We conduct criminal background checks for all adults working with children in our Children's Ministry. In addition, we have open classroom environments so teachers are never isolated or out of sight with your children. We also have leaders who regularly check in on each classroom and help resolve any problems that may arise so volunteers can focus on taking care of your children.

Parent Classroom Visits

Parents are welcome to drop in at any time during our services. We want you to feel free to check up on us at any time. All classroom doors feature glass inserts so that you can look in and see how they are doing at any point during the service.
